  • Your website must relate to nude woman photography.
  • free ads:
    To get your free ad (1 block of 10x10 pixel):
    • place a banner/text link to the Ten Thousand Girls Page on a good visible place on your website *)
    • create a photopage containing one large (at least 600px) photo of a nude woman
    • create a small ad (10x10 pixels) and e-mail it to me together with the URL of your photopage
    If you have more than one website you can get one free ad for each of your websites, provided the above conditions are met.
    If you remove the link to the Ten Thousand Girls Page from your website, your free ad will be removed from the Ten Thousand Girls Page.
    *) Only "real links" (using "<a href" and pointing directly to the Ten Thousand Girls Page) are accepted. Links that are hidden in scripts (as often used in top-lists) cannot be accepted.
  • You can buy larger ads: the price for each block (10x10 pixels) is US$ 100.--. The maximum purchase is whatever is left.
  • The capacity of the Ten Thousand Girls Page is 10'000 links.
  • The purpose of the Ten Thousand Girls Page is to offer its visitors direct links to 10'000 different erotic girls photos in a large size. The target audience is an adult audience, therefore links from the Ten Thousand Girls Page might lead to adult oriented pages. When you place an ad you accept that your ad appears in immediate vicinity according to this.
  • Links must link directly to a page showing at least one erotic 'softcore' girls photo in a large size of at least 600 pixels on the longer side. The photo must show only female models.
  • The photo must be directly visible to the visitor without additional clicks or scrolling, in particular the photo may not be covered in total or in part with any other content, adverstising, layer etc. that has to be clicked or moved away to view the photo. Of course it is allowed to show pictures that are larger than the visitors monitor screen and hence need to be scrolled to view the entire photo; in this case the photo must cover at least 50% of a common 17" monitor's screen when the page is first displayed.
  • The linked page may not open any 'pop-ups', 'pop-unders' or other pages, layers or windows without the willful interaction of the visitor. It may not automatically open other pages, layers or windows, when the user decides to close the window containing the linked page.
  • The linked page may contain additional contents and links, but it may not contain images, texts or other contents that cannot be regarded as 'softcore' or links to pages with 'illegal contents'.
  • It is your sole responsibility to make sure that your ad on the Ten Thousand Girls Page itself, and the page to which your ad links, contain no 'illegal contents' or links to pages with 'illegal contents'. Although I take care to accept only images and links allowed by law and not infringing any third party rights, my acceptance is no proof for the legality of your images and links. If your ad and/or link has to be removed upon intervention of police or other national units or rights-owners, then you will not get a refund of any kind.
  • You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless me, my advertisers, licensors, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your ad/block/link on the Ten Thousand Girls Page or the contents to which you provide links from the page linked from your ad.
  • If you later change the content of the linked page to show non-'softcore' or 'illegal' material, or links to pages with 'illegal' material, then your ad and/or your link will be removed and you will not get a refund of any kind.
  • If you later change the content of the linked page, so that it doesn't comply with these terms and conditions and/or the purpose of the Ten Thousand Girls Page anymore (particularly if the linked page doesn't show an erotic girls photo as described herein), then your ad and/or your link will be removed and you will not get a refund of any kind. The same applies, if your page no longer exists or is offline for a period of more than 30 days.
  • If your paid ad and/or your link gets removed, I will send you one single e-mail to the e-mail address you gave when you bought your ad, and you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative within 4 business weeks (there is no notice when removing free ads). If you don't provide this alternative within the given time, the space will become publically available again and you will not get a refund of any kind.
  • If your ad and/or your link has to be removed for a second time, the space will immediately become publically available again without notice and you will not get a refund of any kind.
  • I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise (for paid ads) your money will be refunded and you will lose your blocks. Refunds will be made by bank transfer only, bank charges/transfer fees must be paid by you.
  • There is no right to place an ad on the Ten Thousand Girls Page. I can decline to accept an without reasons or accept only dependent on the order of a payd ad.
  • Funds for paid ads must be fully recieved and cleared before your ad goes live on the Ten Thousand Girls Page. For free ads the banner/link to the Ten Thousand Girls Page must be online on your website before your ad goes live.
  • Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (in my bank account), I will aim to get your ad online within 1-2 business days.
  • If two or more advertisers ask for the same position on the Ten Thousand Girls Page, the advertiser whose payment was credited to my account earliest will have priority on a first come first served basis. There is no guarantee, that the desired position is still available when your payment arrives on my account. When I cannot place your ad on the position you've asked for, I will place it as close to desired position as possible and you will not get a refund of any kind. I can move free ads to another position at any time.
  • If your image and link are accepted and published on the Ten Thousand Girls Page, you cannot get a refund.
  • If for whatever reason in the future you want your ad and link removed from the Ten Thousand Girls Page, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again.
  • You cannot change the ad or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image and link you want on the Ten Thousand Girls Page, which will be there for at least 5 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your ad/link, eg. your page no longer exists, lawsuits, etc. However such a change can occur only once during the lifetime of your ad.
  • When you 'buy' one or more blocks you will not own any part of the Ten Thousand Girls Page or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the Ten Thousand Girls Page in the respective space you have paid for.
  • The Ten Thousand Girls Page will be online for at least 5 years (starting from the day it launched), so at least until September 1st. 2011, but possibly for 5 years after the last block is sold (that's the aim).
  • Although I cooperate with a professional state-of-the-art provider with unlimited traffic bandwidth and granted 99% uptime, there might be occasional downtime. This is no reason for a refund of any kind.
  • Images you provide for your ad must be the exact size of the free advertising space offered to you (10x10 pixels) or that you have paid for (1 block = 10x10 pixels or any multiple).
  • Images must be in PNG, GIF, JPEG, TIFF or PSD format.
  • Images may not be animated.
  • Links must be to web pages only and begin with 'http://'
  • It is open to me to update and change these terms at any time and with immediate effect.
  • With placing an ad you fully accept these terms and conditions without any restrictions.
  • Valid is exclusively Swiss law.
  • Area of jurisdiction and place of delivery is Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.

'softcore':
'Softcore' herein describes a photo of one or more girls that contains none of the following: sexual activity, open vagina, insertion of fingers or toys etc., blood, excrements or other bodily fluids/juices, violence, bestiality.

'illegal contents':
First of all: it is the law that finally decides: Swiss law applies for the Ten Thousand Girls Page. As long as your contents are within 'softcore', you should be on the safe side.
However it is clearly not allowed to show any contents on the linked page itself or to place links to pages with contents that include one of the following: underage models (all models must have been 18 years or older when the photo was taken), violence, bestiality, racism, any other type of content that promotes illegal activities or injures the rights of others.
Although Swiss law is clearly more liberal than many others (like Germany for example), please take into account, that it is strictly forbidden to show any bodily fluids or juices. Therefore Swiss law for example considers photos of urinating persons as "hard pornography", so no links to such pages may appear on the page that is linked from your ad on the Ten Thousand Girls Page.

    Your e-mail should contain five things:
    • The ad image (as a PNG, GIF, JPEG, TIFF or PSD image)
      (please send image as attachement, not as inline graphic!)
    • The URL (web address) of the page to which your ad shall link (must begin with 'http://')
    • The TITLE text you want for your ad, max. 64 characters. The TITLE text appears when visitors hover their cursor over your ad.
    • If you want, the position on the Ten Thousand Girls Page where you would like your ad to be placed. You can state the xy-coordinates or "top left", "center", etc. If you don't state a position, your ad will be placed randomly.
    • Your name and address.
